About the Speaker
Richard Ayling is an expert in emotional intelligence and communication, dedicated to humanising workplace culture by building resilient, connected, and high-performing teams.
Originally from the UK, he has spent over twenty years mastering human behaviour and communication. His journey took a transformative turn after overcoming an autoimmune disease and training with Wim Hof in 2016. Shifting his focus from his training business, he pursued advanced studies in somatic practices and mindset training, leading workshops globally and consulting for corporate wellness programs, including the Octave Institute, across Asia.
Richard is also passionate about redefining masculinity in the modern world, emphasising the interconnected nature of our diverse human traits and qualities beyond traditional, outdated gender roles. He applies his grounded and practical approach to leadership and team development, fostering more cohesive and dynamic work environments.
